Bad taste in my mouth

Location and the counter staff.

The breakfast. The restaurant staffs were good but the Management was too stingy. Very poor quality breakfast. Please pull up your socks in thei competitive atmosphere if you wish to to well. I pulled out 3 nights earlier to checked into St.Giles, across the avenue.

Brilliant time

Had a great stay. Ideal location very close to bars and restaurants. Very friendly staff. I unfortunately didn't get a chance to eat in the restaurant. But it looked good. Would definitely recommend this place again. As I have already done to 2 close friends who have stayed there.

Price is very good for those who are not too worried about...

Price is very good for those who are not too worried about comfort and getting a good sleep. For the price, breakfast was fair. Room was spacious and clean. WiFi is quite fast.

It’s very noisy despite our room was in a 18th floor. The room is very basic. The pillow is not comfortable and my neck was hurting after our stay. In my opinion it’s very overrated in Booking.com. Maybe for backpackers segment it deserves that 8.5 but overall it should not be more than a 7-7.5

Would stay again

Staff were attentive to my needs and my room was cleaned everyday, breakfast was good, and stay was comfortable.

Taxi outside the hotel is limited (use grab instead). Music from bars could be heard from my room at night time

It is for sure best value for the money. One of best locations in the city. Everything you need is close to you(5 mins walk radius). Including two shopping malls.

So friendly employees at the reception desk, security officers, room cleaning staff and personnel working in the kitchen. For the location - you can't get any better !

One of the best choice if staying in Makati.

I like the bed, linens and the space. Definitely a cozy place to stay in Makati. Value for money. Staff were really friendly and you can feel safe and welcome.

The breakfast selection was limited but enough. Lower floor rooms may be subjected to st. noise not only from vehicle but a nearby party place.

Careful of the extra at the bill payment ( 40% of our total amount..) and this without room service

The breakfast choice is awesome Makati is a perfect place Friendly staff

Extremely noisy Band playing from 18h to 01h00 Work in progress from 6am to 21h Absolutely no internet conection, a part in comun area 1 English channel.. Annoying when you stay 15 days and it's raining Surprise at the end with several add value on the bill 20% in tax etc..

„Wir würden wiederkommen

Viele Restaurants waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch abends hat man sich nicht unsicher gefühlt. Unsere Zimmer im 17. und 18. Stock waren groß und sauber. Durchs offene Fenster war dir Aussicht wirklich beeindruckend... Auch im 18. Stock hört man noch den Verkehrslärm und das Gehupe. Aber damit muss man in Manila immer rechnen, uns hat es nicht gestört.

Rohrbruch im Zimmer über uns. Plötzlich hat es bei uns aus der Decke geregnet. Haben unmittelbar ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Fenster könnten wirklich mal geputzt werden.

Estas en el crntro de Makati en una calle donde puedes encontrar paz y tranquilidad pero al lado de todo. El personal fue muy amable y el desayuno está bastante bueno con variedad de elección. Puede pagar con tarjeta sin ningún problema.

« Hôtel bien situé mais bruyant »

L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche de la zone animée de Makati.

L'hôtel est très mal isolé : on entend tous les bruits de la rue. Prévoir des boules quies pour pouvoir dormir !

La propreté Le personnel L hôtel est bien situé,proche de très nombreux restaurant et du Century City Mall ( max 5 minutes a pied) Le Hott Asian Bazaar (100M) avec sa street food et concert qui est parfait pour passer de bonne petite soirée pas chère Lavomatic juste la porte a coté de l hôtel

Bruit provenant de la rue jusqu a au moins 2AM ( pas de double vitrage) Rideau de douche trop court qui fait qu il y a de l eau partout quand on se lave
